On the menu: From Starting with Roasted Vegetable Antipasto with Baked Feta; Melon Soup with Creame Fraiche; Pork Roulade stuffed and finishing with Strawberry and Basil Couscous; Grilled Romaine with a Balsamic Reduction; and Pineapple cobbler with a Macadamia crumb topping prepared in a Dutch oven.
