Eric will be preparing the main course for this class using the Lang smoker. Ribs and sides kicked up a notch or two. On the menu: Bacon wrapped asparagus with a brown sugar and soy sauce; Cherry smoked, sweet-rubbed jalapeño baby-back ribs with apple-jalapeño sauce; Mashed orange sweet potatoes; Red-cabbage and apple casserole, served cold; Southern pecan pie with homemade vanilla ice cream.
NOTE: A number of extra slabs of ribs will be prepared for sale after class, all proceeds going to the Friars for Hire/Brotherhood of St. Andrew for donation to charities and to support good causes.
