Add something interesting to your dinner plans with perfect, easy entertaining. Jennifer from Knoxville’s Melting Pot will show you how. We’ll start the party with a bubbling pot filled with delicious Cheddar Alpine Cheese fondue complete with all the trimmings including fruits, vegetables, breads, Capicola and Prosciutto. End your meal by dipping fruits and cakes into a decadent chocolate fondue and be dazzled. While preparing the ingredients, Jennifer will show you a few knife skills that will make this the best party ever.

Beginning with Pickled Okra Salad with Hearts of Palm and Bibb lettuce with a Dijon Sherry Vinaigrette; for the entrée you will enjoy a delicious Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Wild Mushroom Risotto and for dessert- Banana Pudding.

You’ll feel like the royal court with this delicious menu. On the menu: Roasted Beet Salad featuring Roasted beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, red onion, spring mix, maple mustard vinaigrette; Hahnchenpfeffer, (Peppered Chicken) Boneless chicken thighs simmered in currants, black pepper, bacon and red wine; Black Forest Crème Brulee, a Classic French dessert with a German twist.
