Join Dr, Dhar, a native of India as she prepares a traditional Indian family meal. She will share with you how India's culture has influenced India's unique cooking methods and how to find the best local ingredients. On the menu: Onion pakoras w/ a tamarind sauce, a flavorful Chicken and vegetable dish served with raita and homemade pita bread, Rice with cumin, Peas and potatoes,all flavored with Indian essential spices and for dessert, an Indian custard with fruit salad- all using the freshest, finest ingredients.
