This will be a summer feast that you can share with friends and family. On the Menu: Minestrone col pesto (Soup of fresh, seasonal vegetables with pesto); Ripieni (Stuffed tomatoes and zucchini- stuffing of vegetables and pork/or turkey, thyme); Belgium Endive and Radiccio salad with gorgonzola and walnuts; For dessert: Tiramisù with fresh whipped cream, mascarpone, and lady fingers (egg free dessert).
