On the Menu: First course: Moroccan seared Ahi Tuna; Nicoise Cous Cous Salad, Clover honey limon Sriracha; second course: Housin glazed Duck Confit, Cranberry goat cheese risotto with a Rosemary Zainfandel reduction; third course: Chocolate peanut butter ganance tiramisu, Banana crème Anglaise with French Toast Lady Fingers.

On the menu: Asparagus Salad w/ Smoked Paprika Hollandaise & Cheddar Cornbread – seared corn, pancetta, roasted and shaved asparagus, lemon vinaigrette; Cornmeal Dusted Trout w/ Summer Squash Risotto – summer squash, zucchini, parmesan, red pepper butter, scallion hushpuppy; Strawberry "Shortcake" w/ Black Pepper & Thyme Strawberry Syrup - buttermilk sweet biscuit, mascarpone cream, vanilla.
