Let Joy, an expert tailgater show you how to create your next party. Make your tailgate extra special this fall starting with California Sandwiches featuring bacon, bean sprouts, avocado, onion, and, sliced tomatoes. Compliment these sandwiches with a tangy Corn Dip served with Fritos Scoops, a Southwest Cheese Dip that's not only good as a dip but also a wonderful topping on all kinds of southwest foods. We'll make some Dump Crackers, and for something sweet, her own special Carrot Cake baked in an easy to transport to the tailgate sheet pan with yummy cream cheese icing. I'll show you how I keep food hot or cold, how she pacs and transports, and how she serves everything at the tailgate. Let's get ready for football or any party or picnic!

On the menu: Compressed watermelon salad, a technique to intensify flavors and colors; a pan roasted chicken thigh with summer vegetable ratatouille and a favorite dessert made especially with in season ingredients.
